Hi, my name is Kelly and I am the Centre Director at Busy Bees at Cheltenham Prestbury Road.

I have worked in childcare for 22 years and hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years, while currently studying towards my Level 7 in Senior Leadership. Early Years has always been my passion, and I love getting to know the wonderful children and families who become part of our nursery community.

I am dedicated to leading my team to provide children with the care, encouragement and support they need to grow in confidence and reach their full potential. Seeing children flourish and knowing we have played a part in their journey is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

They have been excellent with my son, kind, responsive and caring, making a difficult transition (for me!) much easier and nicer

I have two little ones at busy bees Prestbury, with the eldest being there for 2 1/2 years. They both absolutely love nursery and their development has certainly benefited from being there. We’ve had a few emotional issues with our eldest along the way and the nursery staff have been supportive and collaborative in finding the causes and coming up with coping strategies
