My name is Kelly and I have worked in childcare for 22 years. 
I currently hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years and I am studying my Level 7 in Senior Leadership.
My passion has always been Early Years, I enjoy getting to know and working with all the wonderful children and families that come through the doors and to lead my staff team to nurture and support the children to reach their full potential.
