Hi I am Jennie. 

I have worked for Busy Bees since July 2018 and have been at the Ripon centre since January 2021 after having my own little boy. I hold a Level 4 NVQ in Childcare and development and am currently studying towards my Level 5 Lead Practitioner. 

I have always had a passion for childcare and have worked in the sector since 2006, either in Nursery settings, children's centres or as a family support worker. I am dedicated to ensuring that every child that comes through the doors is given the best care and opportunities to learn and grow. I believe in building strong working relationships with parents and carers as we support the children in their early years. 

I am proud to lead my team and strive to support them as they develop and grow their own knowledge and skills in Childcare.
