Nursery Facilities

Whether they’re curled up with a favourite book, expressing themselves through role play, or exploring the natural world in our wild garden, your little one will hone key skills that’ll support their move into full-time education. There’s even a dedicated sensory space with soothing lights and textures—perfect for taking a mindful moment.

At Busy Bees Spital, we understand that every child is unique and develops at their own pace, so we’ll strive to tailor your child’s experience based on their abilities, needs, and preferences.

We cater to pre-school children of all ages, with dedicated spaces for each age group, from our stimulating baby room to our well-appointed pre-school rooms, jam-packed with engaging activities.

Busy Bees Spital is overseen by centre director  Laura-Jayne Hope, who pours her years of expertise into every interaction, cultivating a unique environment for your child. Laura’s experience supporting children with SEND informs her approach, allowing her to tailor learning experiences and outcomes based on your child’s individual needs.

Set on the banks of the picturesque Spital Dam, our Busy Bees nursery in Wirral is surrounded by natural beauty, and we place a keen emphasis on the natural world in our curriculum.

We’re conveniently located in Dibbins Hey, a three-minute drive from neighbouring Bromborough and a four-minute drive from Bebington. We’re also served by regular public transport, with several buses every hour.

Arriving on foot? No problem. You can stash your buggy in our secure storage area, ready to pick up at the end of your child’s session.

Want to see Busy Bees Spital for yourself? Book your visit today. Laura-Jayne and the team will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
