Hello, my name is Katrina and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Sunderland Ryhope Village. I have been with Busy Bees for 18 years and during that time have been based at the Fulwell branch. In July 2019 I made the move to Ryhope to cover the managers maternity leave.

I qualified as a NNEB in the summer of 1994 and have worked in a range of settings. I also hold a NVQ Level five in management.

I have been with my husband since I was 16 and together we have a wonderful daughter  Esmie who Weekends and holidays are cherished times spent with family and friends. 

I am extremely proud of the staff team who work hard to provide high quality care and education and also to maintain our twice outstanding Ofsted report. They are very committed to give every child the best start in life and make everyone feel welcome. 

I look forward to welcoming new families in our day care nursery in Sunderland and showing them around our fantastic nursery.
