With regional responsibility for a cluster of our nurseries, our Area and Operations Directors are ultimately here to ensure Busy Bees deliver consistent, high quality childcare and early years education across the UK.
As of December 2023, 97% of our centres are rated good or outstanding. The operations teams support their Nursery manager in best practice, continuous improvement, key relationship management and team leadership.
