Give detailed and honest feedback at the end of each day, including what my child is showing most interest in and if there’s anything we need to work on with him. Staff are always engaged with the children when we enter the room at pick up and my son loves his time there "
"Annabelle has been a lovely keyworker. She has really appreciated the personality of our child and has allowed him to settle in his own time and been supportive and made very helpful suggestions to us. As a reasonably new parent to Busybees I do not like the drop off or pick up procedure. It doesn’t give you any opportunity to see your child playing and having fun with friends, which can be reassuring and enjoyable. It feels quite detached and uninviting. "
