Busy Bees at Edinburgh Park provides an excellent environment for children to grow, develop and learn. Our Edinburgh Park nursery offers a wide array of resources and activities for children to utilise for exploration and play. Children at our nursery are encourages to learn through play – whether that is messy play, sensory or imaginative roleplay.

Staff at our day nursery in Edinburgh Park are highly trained and strive to provide the best possible care for your child, encouraging both mental and physical development in a warm, comfortable environment. We have a dedicated teacher on-site, providing activities and resources that actively encourage learning in alignment with our Bee Curious curriculum. Busy Bees offers a homely environment to encourage children to behave and learn in a way that will be expected of them when the move on in their educational journey.

We have spaces available for children, with government funding options also available.

Parent Room
Our parent room is a dedicated safe space for us to get to know your family and you to speak in confidence with our nursery team about your child's nursery life.

Smart Board
Our Interactive Smart Board is used daily to bring learning to life and provides children with a hands-on approach with technology.

Funded Childcare
We offer government funded places for children aged 9 months to 4 years, please speak to the Centre Director for more information.

Teacher
We have a fully qualified Teacher in our pre-school room who delivers exciting learning opportunities, whilst ensuring statutory and legal welfare requirements are met for every child.

Foundation Class
The foundation class nurtures each child's natural curiosity within a structured framework providing pre-school children with an early introduction to school life.

Any fees you pay at our Edinburgh Park nursery are inclusive of all meals, drinks and snacks your little one may have while with us. Everything is prepared fresh, daily by our on-site nursery chef. 

We understand the importance of a healthy balanced diet and the impact that nutritious food can have on a child’s health and wellbeing – which is exactly why we encourage healthy eating habits at our day nursery in Edinburgh Park. 

Our menus are NHS-accredited, and we offer breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and an early evening snack. If your child has any allergies or dietary requirements, get in touch with the Centre Director who will be happy to liaise with the kitchen team and arrange a delicious alternative.

Getting Outdoors

The outdoor facilities at our Edinburgh Park nursery are safe and secure, allowing children to explore and discover the various play equipment, whilst learning to take supervised, safe risks. We actively encourage the children within the setting to spend as much time outdoors as possible, as we believe that fresh air is beneficial to children’s concentration, overall well-being, and is a great source of exercise.

With play equipment ranging from beams, tyres, see-saws, footballs and bikes, there is no shortage of fun to be had within the outdoor space at our nursery in Edinburgh Park.
