Meet the team

Megan

Centre Director

I am Megan the Centre Director and Safeguarding Lead for Busy Bees Nursery in Hampton. I have recently joined the team in October 2020 and I have around 18 years experience working within a variety of Early Years settings, starting from a Nursery Apprentice to a Nursery Manager.

I hold up to an NVQ level 4 in Early Years as well as an assessors qualification which led me into teaching and supporting child care practitioners within a college environment.

I am very passionate about early years, we have a clear aim and that is to ensure we provide a high standard of care to all children, to develop strong partnership working with parents/carers and to provide a stimulating environment in which all children can learn and achieve safely.

I look forward to welcoming you to our fantastic nursery.
