Hello, My Name Is Natalie and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Haywards Heath. I have worked at the nursery now for 15 years. I started as a student whilst training towards my Level 3 in Childcare and loved it so much I have never left. I have since then gained various Qualifications through Busy Bees and worked my way up through the nursery. I have also spent a bit of time working with some of our local Busy Bees Centres. 

My senior Team and a lot of the nursery Team have also been with me a very long time, so we've become one big family. We pride ourselves in delivering Outstanding Childcare and we are passionate about creating exciting, enabling environments to give every child in our Care the Best Start in Life.
