My name is Elizabeth, although everyone knows me as Beth. I have worked in childcare since I was 16 and genuinely can't imagine doing anything else. Supporting young children through their early years and watching them grow and flourish has always been my passion.

I joined Headingley Grove in April 2024 and was immediately drawn to its beautiful character building, extensive outdoor space and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Since then, I have loved building strong relationships with our children, families and dedicated staff team, and seeing our children thrive every day.

With many years of childcare experience, including as a Nursery Manager, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and supported. I have a strong knowledge of the EYFS and believe children learn best through play, positive relationships and engaging experiences tailored to their individual needs.

I'm known for being smiley, approachable and positive, and I take great pride in helping create a nursery where children, families and staff feel happy, supported and excited to learn. I am incredibly proud to be part of the Headingley Grove team and look forward to supporting our wonderful children and families for many years to come.
