Busy Bees at the Rye is set in the beautiful Rye Park with easy access to all of the local amenities, situated in the centre of High Wycombe.
Both the train station and the motorway are just a stones throw away making commuting to work easy to manage.
The Rye has been established since 1994 and has always enjoyed a good relationship with the local community as well as being a home from home environment with dedicated and loving staff employed to care for your children.
The Rye nursery has recently undergone a complete transformation both inside the nursery and out. 5 bright, colourful rooms have been created all housing new and age related equipment for the children to play and learn with as well as a lovely outside play area for the under 2’s. A new kitchen has been included in this refurbishment along with a brand new Parent’s room!
Come take a view and see what’s new!
The staff communicate well and try to introduce activities that she does away from the nursery and that she enjoys. So a big THANK YOU to all of the staff - Jen Selby
Thank you very, very much for taking such good care of Evan! I know he's going to miss you all loads!!

Yvonne Green will be returning as the Manager later this year.
I have been working in childcare since 2001 both in nurseries and as a nanny. I have gained my level 3 qualification whilst working at Busy Bees. I started as an Early Years Educator and have worked my way up to be the Acting Manager.
As well as being a qualified Early Years Educator, I am also qualified in First aid at work, Food Hygiene and have completed level 3 management through Busy bees, I will be starting the level 5 management training soon. I am also the Designated Safeguarding officer for the nursery.
Both Julie and Gemma are our Senior Room Managers who work closely with Crystal to ensure that the nursery is running smoothly.
We would love to meet you and show you around our nursery so that you can see for yourselves the love and care given to all of the children, so please call us at the nursery to arrange a visit.
"My youngest who is almost 2 also started at Busy Bees when she had just turned 1 and is really enjoying it, smiling as she approaches the mobile room each morning. On both occasions when I returned to work after maternity leave having a little wobble about leaving them for the first time, the staff at busy bees have made both me and my baby feel relaxed and secure and it has made leaving them so much easier, knowing they are having fun in a caring and happy setting. Thank you Busy Bees"
"Elliott really enjoys his time at nursery, it is a happy, caring & fun environment and I know that Elliott enjoys a wide variety of activities throughout the day. When I collect him in the evening it is great to hear how his day has gone & what he has eaten and how he has slept! All of the staff are friendly & supportive, I am so pleased to have found a nursery where I am happy to leave my son knowing that he is being so well looked after & that he is having fun too!"
