Nursery in Edinburgh, Forres Street

My child joined Busy Bee Nursery six months ago and has been enjoying it very much. All the staff are kind, caring, and very supportive. I feel completely comfortable and reassured leaving her there, knowing she is in a safe and nurturing environment.

I cannot speak highly enough about Busy bees Forres Street. We recently left this nursery due to relocating and were heartbroken to leave. Our daughter formed beautiful relationships with the staff who were all so kind, caring and patient. I could leave my daughter every day knowing she was safe and happy.

Our child was at Forest St. Nursery for about 6 months in the 2-3 age room, and we had a great experience overall. She really loved going, made little friends and spent time outdoors every day. Food was great. Management was organised, available and easy to reach. The staff were amazing, friendly, caring, and attentive. We always felt she was safe and well taken care of. We were very happy with our time at Busy Bees and would definitely recommend it to other families.

My daughter likes her nursery. Teachers are very attentive to children. My daughter always learn something new and the staff is great and very friendly. My daughter made a new friends at the nursery. She always talks about her friends and what she did in the nursery. Overall Im very happy and satisfied with the Busy Bee nursery on Fores street.

We hadn't expected to have to make a last minute change of nursery so when it happened it was very stressful. Busy Bees at Forres Street and Claire and all the team could not have made the experience any more welcoming and reassuring. As our 15 month old daughter joined she was made to feel at home and loved from the first moment. There is a lovely staff energy and a great diversity in the team which enriches the care. Our daughter settled so quickly and the staff worked hard to quickly establish trusting nurturing relationships with her so she could confidentiality flourish. Leaving your child in the care or another is the ultimate leap of faith and Busy Bees at Forres Street have delighted and reassured us all at all stages. I hope other little people and families get to enjoy their wonderful care also.

Busy Bees Forres Street has been an incredible for both my young children (aged 1 and 3) and myself as a father. The team there deliver a thoughtful, bespoke experience, and have been very tentative to my family's unique needs. I highly recommend Busy Bees Forres Street to Edinburgh parents. Firstly, the Centre Director has been warm, welcoming and responsive. The team she manages are a testament to her professionalism. She is very present and always has the door open for me. This is such a relief as I'm comfortable knowing that I'm always in the loop about my children's development and progress. My eldest is seen to by two members of staff, who have been very communicative with me as a parent about his developmental milestones. My youngest is seen to by another member of staff, he has only started but has instantly developed chemistry and a bond with the staff around him which is very encouraging. The entire Forres Street team are brilliant, and as a parent, I can't thank them enough!

We love Busy bees Forres Street. Great stuff and Claire, the nursery director, is amazing, always available and very dedicated to the kids wellbeing. My daughter changed a few nurseries but with this one is the first time that she is happy to go to in the morning.

We all would like to share some feedback over the last months with you. When we first viewed the nursery to see if it would be the right place for my son, it was undergoing renovations. Despite that, we could immediately tell how well-organised everything was, as the work didn't affect the children's needs in any way. We loved the nursery instantly, and soon after, my son joined. As the renovations continued, we saw a huge improvement-the space became even more organised, cozy, and baby-friendly, encouraging play and exploration in new areas. He comes home exhausted each day, and although he can't yet tell me everything, it's clear he's had a great time. He's always learning something new-using colours and apples to make shapes on paper, singing, dancing, playing in the sand, and so much more. The team is wonderful. Each child is given individual attention while still maintaining a consistent routine. We couldn't wish for a better place for him. We absolutely love the nursery
