Hi, my name is Marta, and I am the Centre Director at Montessori by Busy Bees, South Lambeth.

I have been working in childcare for the past 13 years and love every minute spent in the nursery. Growing up in the childcare environment (both my mum and grandma were early years teachers) has prepared me well for my career. I moved from a company that had a bespoke curriculum based on Forest School, Bruna, Reggio Emilia and Montessori theories and I realised that I would love to work in a full Montessori environment as it provides unique opportunities for each child to thrive in their own way and pace. I believe that the Montessori method of teaching is the best start we can offer to our children. 

I have joined Busy Bees, South Lambeth because I’ve fallen in love with the building, children and the team on my first visit. I believe that all children should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential and working closely with parents and the lovely team, here at South Lambeth, will help us achieve this.
