Nursery in Neston Wirral

This is an excellent nursery run by the acting-up manager. The focus on ensuring that all children are cared for and included is outstanding. I have triplets at the nursery, one of whom has autism and global delay. The nursery has been so outstanding in including her throughout the year she has been there and ensured that she is included in all activities. Thank you to one member of staff, in particular, for continuing to do this and always making sure my daughter feels comfortable. My twins absolutely adore another member of staff and always ask for her. They love her comforting nature whilst also teaching them. Above all, thank you to the manager for everything you have done for the youngest triplet in particular. You will never know the depth of respect we have for you as a family.

I adore the staff they work so hard and look after my baby so well, my little one is always happy and smiling when I pick her up, the girls always take time to tell me about her day what she’s been up to what she’s eating. My only concern is how often toys & surfaces are cleaned sanitised. And that’s honestly my only concern. I rave about nursery and tell all my friends and family how much my little girl has come on since being there.

Our son joined Busy Bees Wirral Neston earlier this year and is absolutely thriving. He goes in happily each morning and loves spending time there. Since visiting the nursery, heavily pregnant, we were extremely confident that this nursery was the right choice for us. All the staff were super welcoming and make an effort to talk to you about your child. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to friends and family. It has made my transition back to work much easier knowing my little one is happy. Receiving daily updates is also lovely. It's nice to know and see what he gets up to.

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bee's Wirral Neston since around 9 months old. She has had a tough start in life with enlarged adenoids which affected her hearing and, in turn, delayed her speech development, alongside frequent ill health. Since joining Busy Bees, her confidence has grown, her ability to communicate quickly developed with the loving and caring staff she had around her and she has made friends with the other children. Her adenoids are now shrunk and her hearing has vastly improved, allowing her to flourish into the shining star that she has become (a very cheeky one at times). The best part is we get live updates of all of this via the Busy Bees app, seeing what she has been doing all day, what she has eaten and all of the other important information a parent should be aware of. I cannot sing my praises for this nursery loud enough, they have honestly been amazing with our baby girl.

Our child has loved it here over the last four years and will be sad to leave it but they have prepared him so well for starting school in September. Always go out of their way to sort things and ensure the children are happy. Thanks so much for everything.

Busy Bees Wirral Neston has been fantastic, they have really cared and looked after our son throughout the three years he has come here. He has learnt and developed so many new skills and learning techniques. We couldn't recommend them enough. Our son has loved each room he has gone to and each staff member that has cared for him. A big thank you to the whole team.

The staff at Busy Bees Wirral Neston have been amazing no end with my daughter. She is autistic and nonverbal. The Senco and her buddy have played a huge part in my child's development. The nursery, as a whole, is so inclusive and gave my child the support she needed from day one. We are leaving to go to school this year and if I could take her buddy and the Senco with us, I would! The help has been endless from the Senco. They are flexible, kind and caring and the nursery is always clean and tidy. I will highly recommend this nursery in future and will miss them dearly.

Outstanding nursery, cant recommend enough! The care and attention from staff is remarkable, and the updates received are daily via the app or telephone calls when required. 10/10! Love these guys!
