Nursery in Colchester, Stanway

Busy Bees is an exceptional nursery and the staff are so welcoming and friendly, they are the most amazing helpful people you will ever meet and have helped and supported me with one of my girls, I couldn't have asked for anymore as I was not sure what way to turn next but I have been guided and assisted all the way, everyone is so supportive. My girls are so happy her and they love going to nursery they are both thriving since attending Busy Bees and nothing is ever too much trouble. I couldn't ask for anymore my children are very well looked after and the setting is always very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this nursery.

We are so pleased with our decision to send our child to Busy Bees Stanway. It is clear that our child is learning and developing at Busy Bees and that they are well looked after. The menu options are fantastic and all members of staff are so lovely and attentive. As parents we always have positive interactions with staff during pick up and drop off, all staff are so approachable and friendly not just in my child's classroom (new and old) but also in the office and beyond. At Busy Bees our child engages in a range of experiences and activities in their day - we love the use of the app to read any updates or see photos of our child and generally check-in on them with ease. Busy Bees also celebrate a range of diverse holidays throughout the year giving our child the chance to learn about other cultures and religions whilst also celebrating holidays and events that are traditional to our family.

Since attending nursery, my son has come on leaps and bounds with his learning, development and confidence. It's amazing to see how much he has developed since being at the nursery. The staff have genuine care and love for my child that I feel confident leaving him in their care knowing they will give him the same care that I do. The range of activities is excellent and they cater towards all children's interests. It's wonderful hearing what they have been up to that day at nursery and I know that my son's favourite activities are covered regularly. The food is wonderful with the variety that is offered and I know that my son is eating a nutritious meal every day. I often get told he wants more which the are always happy to offer to him. The updates and contact is excellent to know what my son is up to and what things may be coming up. I highly rate the nursery and really appreciate all the staff there who made returning to work and leaving my child in their care a positive experience

We are happy with the support our child receives at this nursery. The staff have been fantastic in helping her build confidence and encouraging her to express herself. We’ve noticed a real improvement in her self-belief, communication, and willingness to share her thoughts and feelings. The team are patient, nurturing, and genuinely take the time to understand her individual needs. It’s reassuring to see how supported and valued she feels each day, and we’re very grateful for the positive impact the nursery has had on her development.

My daughter feels safe and she wants to come in and play with her friends. The staff is amazing and let us know ehat happened during the day, what she loved and what she didn't enjoy doing. I would love to see more pictures with her during the day but overall, I am happy with the way she is developing and learning new things.

My little girl has been attending since March this year, she is thriving here she absolutely loves it! All staff I have personally encountered have been friendly and helpful.

I could not rate Busy Bees Stanway highly enough. we moved here after a very negative experience elsewhere and I am gutted my daughter did not attend from the start of her nursery schooling, she is thriving in their setting. The staff are exceptional especially the management team. They have supported me personally along with my daughter through a tough transition. I am a single mum and I feel like we are a team. We discussed what me and my daughter were struggling with, they gave me confidence in my parenting and we put in actions to support her development with fantastic outcomes. what I love about this busy bees is the staff, they are so professional but personable, the setting is clean, the food is so varied and the activities and learning are also varied and my daughter has enjoyed every moment. She is playing with purpose, she has room to be herself and she is growing.

We moved our son here from another nursery and wish we had started here when we first needed a nursery. The facilities are fantastic and the staff team so welcoming and brilliant with him. Opening hours are great for flexibility too.

The staff are what makes this nursery so special, they are so warming and supportive and my son loves being there. We are always greeted with a smile and everyone knows his name which makes such a difference. I cannot fault the nursery in anyway. Overall a very happy, friendly, safe place and I always feel comfortable leaving my little boy in their hands.
