Hi, I'm Gemma and I have worked at Busy bees since October 2020.

I have been in childcare for over 18 years. I am qualified level three in childcare and education. I like to support staff with knowledge and support their development, training them on activities and on the early year's foundation stage. Over the years I have worked myself from the nursery nurse to manager in my whole career. I am the nursery senco, health and safety coordinator and safeguarding lead. I like to travel with my family in the Uk and support my local football team and formula one.
