My name is Joanne Wood and I have worked in the company since 2007 where I initially started as an apprentice. I have completed my Level 5 in Early Years and my Level 5 in Leadership and Management. I have a keen passion for giving all children the Best Start in Life and supporting the team to reach their full potential to achieve this.
