Nursery in Norwich, Meridian

My daughter has been at busy bees since she was 13 months old. The staff are fantastic. The nursery have supported my daughter in learning and mastering a variety of skills and she has absolutely flourished. My daughter was a late walker and in a recent developmental review her key worker discussed how they had been creating games and activities that would encourage development of her gross motor skills. A special shout out to Holly, whom my daughter has a fantastic connection with, and shows genuine warmth and a desire to see her shine!

My 11 month old joined in July, the staff have all been very supportive of the transition and great with his dairy allergies. The app is a life saver, means I can check in on him as much as I want and if I've ever been worried or wanted an update the ladies are so lovely on the phone when I check in! Very happy and grateful for the team!

I was so worried about sending my son to nursery at 9 months as I had to return to work but we were provided lots of settling in sessions which helped my son and me get used to the setting and staff. My son absolutely loves coming in and gets excited when I get him out of the car now. The staff are really friendly and there is always a member of staff present who knows my son well. He never cries when I drop him off as he just wants to get on and play! The choice of food is amazing and he eats better than me. His physical development has come on so much since he's been attending this nursery. They are extremely communicative and I enjoy being able to see what he's up to on the app

Our Daughter has a wonderful time at the setting. Her Key worker greets her in the morning and there is always a nice range of activities set out (though not too many so that there is a focus each day and it's not overwhelming) which she gets stuck into straight away. She eats well and the menu explores different flavours and styles of food. They children eat around a table together, which creates a lovely habit that reflects home/school. We have always been very impressed with sleep routines, the carers will always follow our guidance, even with limiting naps, which has been most helpful. She sleeps well, with her own mattress, dark room and sound machine. The outside space is lovely and we are always greeted with a report of her day when we pick her up. Often with artwork to take home too! Sickness has always been handled well and we feel reassured that the staff keep us updated by phone or on the app in lots of detail.

My son started at meridian way busy bees in January. Since starting , his confidence , social skills , motor skills have grown so much. he's learnt so much and the lady's are absolutely amazing, always welcomed with the kindest smiles and always get a full update on what my sons got up to! The ladies always make sure to learn each child and there specific needs, makes the child's experience so much more enjoyable when the staff are just so amazing! Couldn't me more happy! Thankyou busy bees!!

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Meridian for over two years. All the staff are friendly and supportive. I'm always amazed how every adult there seems to know every child's name. Every day there are fun and varied activities for her to take part in. She learns a lot and her time at the nursery definitely aids her general development.

Busy bees is a fantastic nursery. When I took my son to visit for a show round the girl that showed us around was lovely and spoke to my child and introduced herself to him first which I felt was amazing and made him feel more comfortable. My son has loved his experience here

Busy Bees Meridian Way has made returning to work so much easier than I anticipated. My son started in the Baby room in April when he was 7 months and he absolutely loves going. The staff are so friendly and truly love what they do. They keep me updated with what he has been up to that day and I feel confident leaving him there. I think national chains sometimes get a bad name but I really can't fault this nursery. My son comes home with different arts and crafts, they do themed activities, messy play and almost every time I pick up they are all playing happily in the garden area. The staff have helped so much with weaning too and the menu the chef makes is amazing. Your baby is in safe hands in the baby room. My son is really thriving in there and I couldn't be more grateful to the young women S & B that work there.

My daughter is currently in Bombos 1, and about to move up to Bombos 2 in September. I can not express how amazing this nursery is. Every day we receive a warm welcome from all of the staff, it really feels like a home from home. They are always on hand to support you and your child in any way possible and answer any questions you may have. Two members of staff in particular in the baby room are always going above and beyond! My daughter has only been there 3 months now but has already formed such special relationships with them both. Always full of smiles and cuddles when she sees them to the point she doesn't want to leave some days. They truly care about all of the children in their care. Due to the transition, she has been having frequent visits into the older room to get her settled in. They each have such a deep understanding of each child's needs and support them on an individual basis, allowing them to develop. My daughter's confidence and skill set grow on a daily basis, thanks to them!
