Why You Will Love Our Nursery

Busy Bees in Worthing provides GOOD childcare, as reported by Ofsted, (2011)

Worthing Nursery is a large detached house, in a good location for parents who either work in Worthing or who travel out of Worthing as we are located only a couple of minutes’ drive from both the A24 and A27.

The nursery has a very homely feel with good sized age appropriate rooms and both a large front and back garden with climbing frame, sensory walk and Wendy house.

The nursery is equipped both inside and out with a wide variety of quality age appropriate toys and children are able to take part in adult led activities such as cooking, bug hunts, painting and many, many more through their time with us.

Meet the Team

Michelle Shaw

Nursery Manager

Hi I have worked in childcare for the past 15 years and have gained my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education. I have enjoyed a variety of different roles in the childcare industry. Coming to Worthing has been a pleasure and I am settled in really well I love coming into a new setting and looking at all the things it does well and then striving to make them even better.

As the managers i strongly believe in offering the childcare I would want for my own children. I work hard with my team to offer not only a safe and welcoming environment for the children that attend but also a fun, loving and stimulating environment too.

Outside the nursery i enjoy spending time with my children and family.

Caroline Ball

My name is Caroline Ball. I'm married to Stephen; I run my own business from home. I have two children, Sophie aged 5 and Ethan, aged 3. Sophie is now at school, but she came to busy bees (or early years as it was called then) from 9 months old until school age & Ethan is currently in seahorses, but he also started nursery here as a baby. I'm really happy to be part of the parent partnership group and to assist with helping the nursery and parents in any way i can.
