"We have seen significant improvements to the nursery after the changeover in management. Zoe and Kirsty have done a great job in creating an environment that feels welcoming and friendly for parents and children. There is a definite change to the staff morale, they all seem much happier in their workplace and this reflects within the atmosphere of the nursery. Zoe and Kirsty engage with the parents, proactively seeking ways to involve parents in events within the nursery and their own child’s learning and progress. Certain staff members really shine. Siobhain is a great asset to the nursery, she has a real passion for her role and she has an incredible bond with the children. Amy Taylor has recently taken over as my son’s room leader and we have really noticed the changes that her presence brings. My son is much more happier in the nursery setting. Amy takes a genuine interest in our sons progress, finding ways that she can encourage and support his learning. You can tell that she genuinely cares. There is still some improvements to be made, but on the whole many positive changes have already been implemented and we as parents feel more confident with leaving our child in their care. "

"The staffs at the center are really friendly however I was not happy that my child was not looked after which led to her falling and hurting herself and having a wound on her face. Secondly, her bum was not cleaned properly after she had a poo, but after speaking to the site manager, she was very apologetic and promised to talk to the room and I believe she did because my daughter's bum is wiped clean everything she comes homes since then."

"Im happy with the care they provide."

"An amazing nursery. Staff are exceptional. My little one loves it there and he is well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble and I am so happy to send my son. "
